At Christmas dinner my niece brought over some excellent greens. She used a mix of collard and mustard greens, but just collards would work too. Put your greens in a pot.
And a ham hock (unless you are a vegetarian), and 1/4 cup of sugar. (you don't need the sugar, but it makes the greens a bit sweet. Really good.) Add enough chicken broth to cover the greens (use vegetable stock if you wish), and simmer them for 1 and 1/2 hours.
I don't know about the calcium intake part but collard greens are very simple to make. 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil with a turkey neck bone, or leg in it.
Lit that boil for probably about 30 min. 2. Add in chopped collard greens , chopped red bell pepper, and chopped green bell pepper , maybe onions.
The season it to taste with salt , pepper, seasoning salt, and creole seasoning. 3. Let that cook and Voila!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
