That depends really, you have quite a lot of variables in here, including how dark the skin is. Skin sheds a very fine layer of cells every 30 days or so therefore any real difference can take two months or longer to be seen. You can speed up the process in two ways.
Firstly you could use a natural plant extract based skin lightening cream such as Dermology or Meladerm and I've used both very successfully (depending which was on reduced price!) to improve the look of scars from a scalding accident and It took about 10 weeks to make a measurable difference but the skin is less patchy to look at now. You should also gently exfoliate every day - brown sugar in baby oil or just water works great. If you want more details there is plenty on my blog.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
