You have a right to know. Tell her she legally has to tell you or your parents will file a complaint. Usually you get an antibiotic, an expectorant prescription or over-the-counter liquid or maybe a capsule & if you're wheezing an inhaler.
If you have a fever they may tell you to take Tylenol or Motrin. I'm being treated for bronchitis right now. It's important to know what medications you're on.
You may go to another Dr they may want to give you another drug or you have an allergic reaction.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
