My dad did the same thing belly flopping on a sled many years ago. It took him about 3 months just to start breathing normally. About 6 months just to move around & become active again.

I suggest contact your Dr. to see if he can give you a Rx to minimize pain.......that or Extra-Strength Tylenol might work. Lots of hot showers/hot tubs helped. Also, rubbing balm......lots!.
