You should be able to get on psn now though your ps3 mine has come on now was only unavailable for 3 hours Ive just retried it again and can still Access psn although it took 3 attempts and bout 5 Min's on last attempt 4 it to sign me in and I got 12 friends online to who also said there accounts also took alot of attempts and time before they got thought.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
