There is no time that is too long to charge it at that rate. You could leave it hooked up for an entire year and it would just keep the battery fully charged with no ill effects. If you are asking how long it will take the charger to charge up the battery, then that would all depend on how dead the battery was when you started, how many cranking amps the battery is rated for, and if you are wanting to charge it up to the maximum, or just enough to get the bike started.
Generally, a charger like that should get a motorcycle battery charged up to usable levels overnight while you are sleeping. Plug it in before you go to bed and it should be usable when you get up, assuming that you sleep around 8 hours or so. More.
