How many countries recognize kosovo independence?

As of August 6, 2010 - 69 countries. Interestingly, no countries have recognized Kosovo after ICJ Ruling. Looks like status talks will likely take place in future.

China and Russia appear to have the upper hand here.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
