Impossible to tell, given the current ineptitude of the post office. You would expect a first class letter to arrive in 2 to 3 days, but it might take longer. A lot longer.
I had a letter go from Columbus to Dublin ( a suburb of Columbus) take 32 days. The post office uses machines to short mail now. Bulk mail gets priority.
If the machine misreads the zip code, it kicks out the letter, which means it has to be hand sorted - and that might not happen for a week. If the letter falls off the belt, and goes behind the machine, it will lay back there for up to 90 days.(This is information from my postal carrier). If this is important, or has a check or gc, you meed to send it registered mail.
That is the only way it can be traced, if it goes missing.
Thanks, it was mailed out on monday from Chicago Ill. Godman22 12 months ago .

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
