I did pretty well yesterday because I had to water the flowers in my yard. Probably about an hour of direct sunlight altogether. It is important to get some sunlight, so your body creates Vitamin D.
See my hub on Vitamin D for more details.
We had a sunny day yesterday-yeah! Not much summer in the Fraser Valley. I was outside for about half an hour.
That's the most I'll ghave of direct sunlight if I can help it. Usually I am for twenty minutes. If I am going to be out there for longer I make sure I am well covered.
Got only two hours of direct silent. Woke early and back home at night but 2hours is enough to get vitamin D. Sun exposure(Vit.
D) is necessary which also stimulate the calcium level in bone to prevent certain disease like bone abnormalities such as rickets and osteomalacia.
I got a little over an hour of direct sunlight yesterday. Such a great feeling when you get warmed up by the sun and of course, Vitamine D.
I don’t think I had any direct sunlight yesterday. It was very warm yesterday, very muggy, but it was overcast and the sunshine did not break through. But it is looking better today :).
I did not because it is summer time in Kathmandu, and I was indoors for the entire day.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
