How many ounces of cow milk should my 2 year old drink per day?

I don't know what your other answerers are thinking, but milk isn't "everything your body needs". Too much can cause anemia and constipation as well as malnutrition. You are the parent, stop offering him so much.

16 oz a day is plenty. Offer only water btw meals or with snacks. Offer him the same healthy food you eat and let him decide how much he wants.

At the end of the meal, even if he hasn't eaten anything, clean it up and make him wait until the next planned meal/snack time. He WILL eat when he realizes that you will no longer allow him to drink milk all day. He is at a great age to "help" in the kitchen and to make small decisions about what he eats.

Give him simple choice's like "do you want carrots or green beans with your lunch?". Or let him pick out a new fruit at the grocery store. He will feel empowered and excited about the meal if he has some involvement.

My son did this. I just cut back on milk, he will eat when hes hungry. When he knows you won't give him milk he will get hungry.

The question is do you want to do this, because if your son is as stubborn as my son it'll be 3 or 4 days of an uproar. Just do what you think is best :) Good luck!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
