Approximately 12,000 inmates were committed to NJDOC institutions during the 2009 calendar year. It is anticipated that roughly 1,000 inmates per month will be committed in 2010.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
