How many people believe they are eating Genetically Modified Food daily, living in the U.S.?

I try to avoid GM foods but it is nearly impossible. Virtually the entire supply of corn is GM and with the added subsidies for corn it is cheap and used in most processed foods. Modified food starch, corn gluten, corn starch and others are what we are eating.

Lucky us, so far wheat has not been successfully modified but GM corn is a big part of animal feed. I did write a hub on the issuehubpages.com/hub/OUR-FUTURE-OF-GENETICALLY.

Actually I think that there is quite a bit! I believe since WW2, there has been a great deal done with food preservation ( besides old fashioned canning) to increase shelf life. Not only with Gen modified food, but also with the packaging process.

For example, PBA's in canned food, register reciepts, etc...

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
