How many ships did Sir Francis Drake capture in his lifetime?

I'm not sure anyone kept count as such. He probably did, but as he didn't write his autobigraphy we have no real way of knowing.

Good Question...I can only think of two galleons...one, a damaged Spanish galleon during the Armada,, and one galleon ten years earlier off Ecuador.....of course, that one was the treasure ship Cacafuego.... Drake did most of his service to England by raiding Spain and Portugal's coast the year before the Armada, burning their provision barrels ( so the Spanish sailed with new wood casks which leaked badly ) and towing out several medium small captures from Cadiz harbor.......

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
