Christianity is different from all of the other faiths in the world in that we are saved by God's grace rather than our works. We are humble and know that we could in no way be as righteous as God through our works. To be with God in Heaven means that we have to be perfect and righteous as He is.
The problem is that no one is. God wants us to be with Him because He loves all people. He loves all people so much that He lived amongst us as one of us, faced temptation and human frailties, and took upon Himself the sins of the world and shed His own blood for us.
That God is personal and is personally interested in the salvation of every human being is something alien to other faiths. Some say that it would be shameful for God, the creator of all things, to be born as human, to suffer at human hands, and for His body to die. Imagine God, Allah as you know Him, personally taking your punishment so that you wouldn't have to.
How could He? He could because He was the only one. Sin and death means the end of a person.
Sin and death have no hold on God. He could endure the wrath because they have no hold on Him. Jesus said there would be many false Christs and false prophets.
Muhammad is a false prophet. We don't follow him. We follow God.
Jesus said that He, himself, is the way, the truth, and the life. Muhammad is not the way, the truth, and the life. Jesus is the only way to Heaven.
They have a passage in their Bible that goes something like the following; "don't believe in any prophets to come". I butchered the quote, I know it exists, but I don't know the book or passage, as I am not a Christian (or a Muslim). Does Allah send good atheists and Hindus to paradise?
If not, I want to go to hell.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
