How much money does a veterinary practice manager manager make?

Veterinary Practice Management I am located in the midwest, and oversee a practice with 50+ employees. I have 20 years of experience in other industries, but only one year in vet medicine as a practice manager. My salary is 50,000 with a full benefits package and regular bonuses. My understanding is that the average salary in larger practices is anywhere between $45-$70k a year depending on experience.

I have met some Practice Managers who make $12/hr, and they manage only 3-5 employees.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
