How much of the first shield 1.6ml do I use on a 5month old shih tzu?

I have a Shih Tzu myself and I would recommend calling you vet to get the exact dosage and directions. Below are the directions from the package of First Shield in pdf format. I have read these and the only direction is to apply the dosage to one spot on a dog or puppy between the weights of 2.5 to 20 pounds.

I am guessing your 5 month old Shih Tzu is between these weights as the maximum average weight of a Shih Tzu would be no more than that. The package does describe on the front as containing four dosages if you are confident that this is correct I would follow these directions and give your puppy one dosage on one spot as per the directions.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
