Grantees must secure 100 percent of their match by the end of the first year of their grant; however, no set amount needs to be secured when an application is submitted. If any matching funds have already been secured, however, please note the funder(s) and amount in your answer to Question 3.4.3. When we review the applications, we will primarily be seeking assurance that an applicant 1) accepts the responsibility to raise the required match by the end of the first year of the grant and 2) has to ability to raise these funds by the end of the first year of the grant.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
