As long as you adhere to the simple principles that underpin Performance Review there is quite a bit of scope. Performance Review isn't about paperwork (or at least it shouldn't be!) The aim of the system is to ensure that, on an annual basis, each staff member has the opportunity to discuss their job performance, strengths and weaknesses, development needs, and how they can contribute to the continuing success of the university in the coming year. How we present and document the process of having honest and constructive discussions about our work is secondary to the importance of ensuring that we have those discussions in the first place.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
