You are not being evicted you are being asked to vacate because owner is moving back in. As far as the plumbing problems you may want to look over the lease as sometimes it is your responsibility to do those repairs. If you have lived there more than a year most states require a 60 day notice.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
