We are confident that after the initial transition to the new system, the burden will be substantially reduced. However, it is too early to make any detailed assessment of the reduction in burden, and we will establish this as we firm up the proposals. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
