Bear markets do not last very long and the markets have always gone higher when they are over. Mark Mobius covers that very question in his excellent presentation about the "World Outlook 2010. " Chart ten in this series shows the pattern of Bull and Bear markets.
If you could truly predict this you would be very rich. But if you look back historically it seems there is some sort of fairly major rescission every 7 years. That is just a general answer but I think a general answer is about as good as you will get with this question.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
