In Georgia the minimum age is 6 years old, unless a medical waiver is obtained. The minimum height is 4'9" and weight 40 pounds which must also be met with age requirement.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
