This is a vexing question - when you want dynamic controls in ASP.NET web forms you've got to choose the lesser of two evils. Ultimately, it comes down to which compromise you want to make: presenter concerns in the view or view concerns in the presenter.
IMO the presenter is where the view is supposed to get it's data from/bind to/etc. The presenter is the piece that would be unit tested. From your second statement it sounds like you may need multiple presenters for this page, but I would need more details to be sure.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
