You check your sow for signs of estrus 17-21 days after breeding. If she is pregnant she will not come back into estrus. Check again at 38-42 days to make sure she is not in estrus.
If she is not she is pregnant. You can also do ( or have a vet do) a sonogram or use a pregtone at about 30 days after breeding.
Most of the times you can tell you are pregnant 7 days before your period is late if you use a test made to determine the hormone early in your urine.
