How to add BlogRush to a Wordpress Blog?

With the newer "widgetized" themes, adding BlogRush widget to a Wordpress blog is as easy as adding a new widget under the "Presentation" menu (similar to blogger.com). However, older version of wordpress and/or themes may not be as straight forward and therefore a little show-n-tell in the video tutorial below may help.
