The standard milestone is for a child to be able to utter one or two words (usually mama, dada, or hi) by 12 months. That doesn't mean that the child automatically has a problem if she cannot speak any words on her first birthday, but she should see a pediatrician to follow up. Maybe she's just a little slow in speaking her first words.
Or maybe there is a problem that needs to be addressed. For example, her hearing might not be normal.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
