If you are being harrassed or bothered by a hubber, report that hubber to Hubpages. There is "flag this profile" link on their main profile page (upper right). Otherwise, email Hubpages through the "help" link on the top, right corner of your screen and tell them the name of the hubber (handle name or email address, if you're being harrassed through email) and the details of the harrassment.
Copy and paste what you're receiving in comments or emails. That hubber may very well be banned from the site. Don't let anyone take away your joy of writing.
You can't. A profile is as public as your hubs, the front page of HP, and the billboards on the freeway.
Besides, any identifying criteria you might use such as username, ISP, IP address, type of computer, etc; can all easily be changed by the person you are trying to block.
If you have someone who is bothering or stocking you, the best thing I'm afraid is to get off the Internet all together. I know not much fun, but then you don't have to worry about what kind of info they are gathering about you.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
