How to Burn Dvds With a Dvd Burner?

The only way you can burn dvd's without a dvd burner is to create either a VCD or a SVCD. Either way you will need software to do so. Be aware that the full movie may not fit on a CD because of the difference in the media sizes.

Using a program such a Nero, insert the DVD and select type from the program (VCD/SVCD) and follow the prompts. Once it is complete, you will be prompted to insert blank media. After the burning process has completed removed the media and you are done.
