How to call the function inside the Smarty Foreach Loop?

Just prepare the array_combine() result from php side and pass that to smarty to display it. Try to reduce more function on smarty side.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
