It may be possible but you neglected to include a very important piece of information. What mouse you are using. I am using windows 7 and double checked to make sure that there is no default way to change the mouse button functions within the windows environment.
Some mouse/trackball models include software that will allow you to change what your buttons do. I use the Logitech Cordless Trackman Wheel.
and the software available for that can be downloaded on the Company's website. In fact this software works for multiple Logitech products at the same time. There is an option for setting any of the buttons to a "keystroke". The application stays active in the system tray and you right click on the icon and select "Mouse and Keyboard Settings" then select the product you are working with from the pulldown( this should show all Logitech products you have installed on your system. Then you select what key you want to change and then the function you want it to perform.
If you are using another manufacturer's mouse then check their website for a possible solution. If you make a comment and let me know what brand and model of mouse you are using I will see if I can find anything to help you.
I contacted the makers of the programs and they have no clue. I searched the web unsuccesfully. Is there a setting in Win XP to change the repetition rate of the internal software generated double-click?
The mouse driver sure doesn't have such a setting. I plugged the (USB) mouse into the PS2 port with an adapter, but it has not changed anything. What do you think?
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
