I have heard to try some kind of cologne or Perfume. I have not tried it yet but I worked in the fragrance industry for 30 years and I know it is amazing what you can clean with fragrance. A try Perfume/Parfum may not do the trick as it is mostly oil.

The cologne or Eau De Parfum works as it is a combination of oil and alcohol.

Any aerosol product works great, in my experience I have used hairspray to get ink off of almost any surface.

Regular Lysol spray takes ink off any finished surface -- less effective for porous ones .

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
