How to Defrag Computer?

You can defrag your computer by accessing the system tools tab from your start menu. You simply select the built in system defrag program from the accessories folder to run it. You can find more information here: techlearning.com/article/1862.

Defragging on an ssd will only add more wear to it and won't benefit anything at all.

Select your start key and navigate to "accessories". Once there, select "system tools" and "disk defragmenter". Run a test to see if you need to defrag, and if so, select the drive and "start" to begin.

To defrag a computer make take some time. Be sure to analyze first and see if your computer will need it. The defrag process takes around 30 minutes to several hours.

Go to Computer or My Computer located in the Windows Start menu (bottom left) or on the Desktop in the icon of a PC moniter. Open it. Or go to your hard drive and right click it.

Drive :C typically. Once you see the drop down list go to property's. (very bottom of list) choose Propertys and the 2nd tab would say Tools.

And show a multi colored tetris like icon with the option to defrag the drives propertys you choose. Once opened Analyze the Disk drive and then run the Defrag and let the PC sit. It may ttake some times... keep defraging till it will do so very quickly.. then it will be very well tuned.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
