How to export tracks and waypoints from MapAdvisor to GPX files on a storage card?

The MapAdvisor menu option "File->Save track to GPX file on card" will create a file in directory /mapadvisor on storage card. This file includes the current track information and all waypoints you see on the screen. You can open a file later in other programs and view the track there.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
