How to Figure Ratios?

To figure a ratio, you are comparing one thing to another. For example, if you have 3 pennies and 5 quarters, your ratio of pennies to quarters is 3:5.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
