How to fix d3.js axis mis match when using clip paths for linear filtered line charts?

I haven't found an ideal solution for this but the technique I mentioned in my question does work.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
