You can't, unless the file in question is created using openFileOutput() with MODE_WORLD_READABLE and that's not a very good idea (since any app can now read that file).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
