How to get fit by January 14th?

You can't just magically transform your body naturally in 3 weeks. At the most, you can loose 10 pounds in these 3 weeks if you eat 100% right and exercise 5 days a week. But if you wanna look better, do it for yourself.

Make it a change in your life style to be more healthy. Don't just do it to go on an ego trip and impress a few boys at a hotel pool.

Try everything if youre willing to try anything.

Try jogging every day for as long as you can ond doing sit ups and push ups try a mile and a halph at first and then keep increasing the distance.

It would be painful if you did this too fast & then you wouldn't be able to move & you would get sick. Just eat better foods. I just watched a great dvd Fat, Sick and nearly Dead & it inspired me but I am not going to juice but just eat more fruit & veggies.

Just wear shorts over your bathing suit no one will care.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
