While you can get more traffic to you hub with social networks, it's really not that beneficial unless you anticipate a lot of people visiting your social network site because you won't actually get any link juice from social networks as they are "no-follow" links.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
