I was in the same position as you about a year ago,I tried creams yet still everybody would tell me I look tired because of my under eye circles. Than I realized that miracle creams don't work its all about life style. I switched to a vegan diet,took B12 suppliments,made sure to get 2 hours of excercise a day,drank lots of water,got at least 8 hours of sleep a day and kept my stress to a minimum.
Not only have my under eye bags diminished,I look and feel so much healthier over all. I feel so much more awake,I have so much energy and It really does show. Ive noticed my skin has been clearing up a lot lately too,I use to have crazy amounts of acne all over my face,but its almost all gone now.My hair and nails have also gotten more healthy looking,I feel fantastic.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
