Apply heat to it be it hot rag, or heating pad. Whatever you can get. Put it on the pimple.

The heat will make the pus come to the surface. Give it till about 8pm tonight to squeeze, then do it. Go ahead and get all teh pus you can out of it, then apply ice for about 1 hour.

This will take swelling away. That is all can think of. Damn those zits!

I am sure by tomorrow once the pus has been extracted it will be easier to cover up with makeup. After you put the ice on it, apply a touch of neosporin to keep it from getting all scabbed over. ( : good luck.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
