You really need to have this diagnosed properly by your GP. If it is Keratosis Pilaris, there are no actual treatments, just managment, which includes; always keeping your skin moisturised and make sure your showers are never too hot, (water needs to be tepid) otherwise this is likely to cause more inflamation. You can as Ditsy suggested above try creams with Salicylic acid or urea which can be of benefit also topical retinoids such as Retin A and medicated lotions containing alpha hydroxy acids.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
