How to get some information in google maps without click event on marker and show this in a div, other than infoWindow?

You can use the addDomListener event of the google maps api. Something like this.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
