Tablet. Ipads you have to do everything through the Apple store and its a pain android tablet you can do pretty much anything just make sure it has google play store and not Amazon.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
