How to Import Videos from SONY Handycam DCR-TRV14E Camcorder to Computer via USB Cable?

Because it is a miniDV. They shall be imported by a special cable which is usually not coming in the same box. It's called firewire Why?

Because videos contain a lot of information, more than just a USB can take. When you transfer the video to your computer, it is real-time transfer. Means 1 min video takes 1 min to transfer, not longer, not shorter.So the amount of information must be transfered to your computer in a precise timing - USB can't do that So you need to buy a cable for your camcorder then you need to open the movie editing software to capture.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
