Sudo apt-get install monodevelop It should pop up with all the packages necessary to install it and then ask you: "Do you want to continue Y/n" Just type y and hit enter.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
