Me and my family usually lose weight :) But I think it depends from person to person, as different people eat different amounts/types of food. Some gain weight because they eat rich foods at Sehri and Iftar, and some lose it because they either don't eat the Sehri meal, or eat very little for it. I think everyone gains some weight at Eid, cause there's such yummy food everywhere :).

It differs among people. I never used to have se7our, and so I always lost weight, but I realized that when I started eating so7our, I gain weight. The reason people gain weight in Ramadan is because they don't wake up and have breakfast, so their digestive system doesn't start to work, they then wait until night and eat a lot, then go to sleep, so all you eat gets turned to fat; the same goes for sohour.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
