To make a crossword puzzle I would first choose a theme. Then I would make a list of words that I want to have in the crossword. Once this is done, arrange the words so that words that share letters intersect each other.

After all this is done look up the definitions of each word or synonyms of the words and make a numbered list that coincides to numbers on the puzzle you have already created. More.
