How to make old clothes look fashionable?

If you have a waist, wear a wide belt or a corset over a dress or a skirt and top. Add black fingerless gloves and dark red lipstick...be goth for a day. Wear a cool hat...I always wear hats and I have tons of them.

Your hat does NOT have to match or anything...it just has to have the same feel. Sometimes you can cut or chop up things made of jersey fabrics. You can shorten a long dress or whatever and leaving it raw and unhemmed is fashionable right now.

Try the clothing on with weird things from your closet that you never thought would go with it. Wear dresses as tunics over leggings. Try wearing anything with ankle booties...maybe even your bathing suit...who knows, you may start a trend.

Layer so many necklaces or funky beads that no one sees you are wearing the same old thing. Wear huge sunglasses, even at night as long as you aren't driving...ala nicole richie...that will make anything look cool....or make anything look weird, I'm not quite sure.

U make needs other accessories to match your style, it can make your own fashion. Share a blog all about fashion to u. flihay.com.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
