I believe that you need to start your array at the UBLExtensions level, not the Invoice level. It sees your top element as Invoice where it expects UBLExtensions and complains when it doesn't find it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
