How to prove someone's death who lives in Central America, El Salvador. There isn't any access to the death certificate. My friend needs to prove her dad's death but since he lives in El Salvador she doesn't have any sort of prove.

She can't access a death certificate. How else can his death be proven. It must be some sort of valid prove it's for the school.
